Together with a wellknown German motorsport company we have developed the next performance-enhancing tuning part.

This innovation is based on the well-known principle that the engine delivers more power the better the charge air is cooled. The complete module consists of the following components:

  • A brand-new SPAL fan, bonded with heat-resistant adhesive onto a CNC laser-cut aluminum adapter plate.

Unlike the stock solution, no air escapes from the edges with this setup; all airflow exclusively passes through the intercooler. The SPAL fan, mounted on the aluminum plate, provides significantly higher airflow compared to the stock fan.

Many lowered Roadsters lack the air intake guide or rubber lip designed to direct air to the intercooler. Our intercooler module compensates for this issue more than adequately.

This solution maximizes the performance of the stock intercooler. This system has been thoroughly tested over several months and works flawlessly. Everyone knows the effort and high costs involved in upgrading to a Brabus water-to-air intercooler or installing an enlarged intercooler (with often unknown efficiency).
